Friends on a quest

I’ve always loved fantasy stories, Dungeons and Dragons and J.R.R. Tolkien books. I love the aspect of journey and adventure that all those stories have. I was watching the documentary “10 years with Hayao Miyazaki” and I got really inspired by Miyazaki’s imaginative filmmaking process. I decided I wanted to try and make a piece with the same imaginative intuition, while also looking at Kazuo Oga and other Ghibli background painters for inspiration. So long story short this is a Tolkien-inspired story set in a Ghibli-inspired forest 😄
